|This free seminar begins with the universal station plot of surface weather observations from ships to sea, fixed moored buoys & land stations that report sea level pressure, winds and present weather conditions, the bases for the National Weather Service’s (NWS) Ocean Prediction Center (OPC) Surface Analyses charts. A critical prerequisite to the Sunday April 9th 8:15 – 5pm seminar “Marine Weather, Seamanship & Navigation Strategies & Boat Outfitting Symposium – The Ultimate Cruising Symposium”.
Lee Chesneau is highly experienced senior marine meteorologist & graduate from one of the elite universities that offer degrees in meteorology, the University of Wisconsin (Madison). His Bachelor of Science (B.S) Degree in Meteorology was Lee’s ticket to a distinguished & extensive career with NOAA’s National Weather Service (NWS) & Satellite Service (NESDIS). Lee also….
