EXHIBITOR BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION AND COMPANY & PRODUCT INFORMATION
You will be able to register your Exhibitor Staff, as well as add directory and web information to help enhance your online marketing profile through the Exhibitor Portal. You have the ability to fill in directory and web information including a brief company description, products, services and boat brands you represent. This information will populate not only the show website, but also the Boat Show directory that is distributed to more than 25,000 people before the show, in addition to the ones distributed at the show!

DECORATOR INFORMATION
The official decorator for the show is AES American Exposition Services, Inc. Once you are signed up as an exhibitor, you will receive an email from AES with an email link to their ordering site for exhibitor services.
AES will assist you with services, such as;

• Advanced Freight
• Special Freight & Material Handling
• Booth Carpet
• Electrical
• Furniture orders (Tables, Counters, Chairs and more)
• Exhibit Accessories
• Audio/Visual
• Printing (Signs & Banners)

MARKETING & PR OPPORTUNITIES
The Show’s PR team is available to assist exhibitors and sponsors with any questions or issues you may have regarding your PR strategy before and during the event.

The show logo, as well as web banners, are available for your use by clicking HERE; just right click on the image you want to select, and “Save Image As” to your computer.  Use them on your website, in email marketing, or on social media!

We are happy to work with you to craft email blasts to your customers, provide you with templates for press releases, and share graphics to help drive more visitors to your booth.
